We mostly ignore this control centre of our body and feed it with all kind of bullshit. Starting from social media, fear of missing out, to hitting the sack. We don't allow our brain to get bored and keep it engaged and exposed to a social media deluge which certainly affects its performance because like our muscle needs time for recovery likewise mind too.
